Surgical Systems formed in 2012 to fill a gap in our current understanding of medical management. Our company focused on supporting physician leadership, starting with understanding structures and processes in healthcare, in hospital departments and in physician engagement. This included supporting the commitment to education of younger physicians and surgeons and has evolved into a focus on improvement and innovation, “LEAN Healthcare Innovation”. Surgical Systems has progressed into a platform that now provides additional resources including books, presentations, research articles, informative publications, and consulting.
